Renee Stirling, MD was born and raised in Casper.  Outside of work, Dr. Stirling loves to travel and spend quality time with her husband and three children.  Dr. Stirling received her Biology degree from KU and her Medical Degree from Case Western Reserve School of Medicine. Dr. Stirling completed her Internal Medicine Residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland. She has always had an interest in Dermatology so she took as many dermatology electives during her training as she could. In 1999, Dr. Renee Stirling, along with her husband Dr. Cory Stirling, opened their medical practice as well as their skin care clinic. Over the years, their skin care clinic has slowly evolved into what is now a full service, non-surgical medical-spa.

Collette has worked alongside Dr Cory Stirling and Dr Renee Stirling for 15 years in their medical clinic and has recently transitioned to the skin care clinic. Collette received her training in neuromodulators in 2025 and received her laser certification in February 2026.

Rachael has been with Stirling Skin Care Clinic since 2012. Her passion for skincare and laser goes above and beyond. Her education began in 2010 and still continues to this day. Rachael attended the Antoine Du Chez Academy and Colorado Advanced Esthetics. Holding certifications in cosmetic and paramedical lasers, Rachael specializes in energy-based devices including Laser Hair Removal, CO2 Ablation, Tattoo Removal, Body Contouring, Vascular treatments and resurfacing of all kinds. Rachael is also certified in Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, and Lash Lifting. Her experience in multiple areas of the skin and treatments has allowed her to expand her knowledge into not only products and makeup but as a previous Clinical Trainer for a laser company. "I have the drive for results and love to customize all treatment plans to better fit each individual person." In her free time Rachael enjoys yoga and spending time with her three amazing sons.

Danielle has been a licensed Aesthetician since 2004 receiving her education from Lytle's Beauty College in Santa Rosa, CA.  Danielle received her laser certification in February 2026. She has been in the beauty industry for 21 years and she is licensed in California, Wyoming and Texas.    Danielle is certified in Relaxing Clinical Facials, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, PRX Skin Treatments, SkinPen Microneedling, Zwave Lymphatic Drainage, Endymed Contour, TruSculptiD Body Sculpting, Accufit, and Full Body Speed Waxing. She loves to create brow arch design and lash enhancement.  Danielle has worked for both in Dermatology office and in Medical Spas which has given her an immense understanding of how the skin reacts to ingredients. She was trained to detect early signs of pre-cancerous skin along with other skin disorders. She is trained in creating at home healthy skin care regimens for females and males of all ages. Having a husband and daughter with sensitive skin, Danielle had to educate herself about the importance of great skincare.  She believes the human touch and making time for self-care nurtures a positive spirit and happy soul.  Providing this service is why she loves what she does. Danielle enjoys being outside traveling with her family, golfing, doing archery and kayaking.

Kenzi Reed is originally from Farson, Wyoming, and currently resides in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is excited to return to Wyoming once a month to provide her clients with customized, result-driven skincare treatments.

Kenzi earned her Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Dickinson State University, where she also played collegiate basketball. She later attended Central Oklahoma College, where she earned her Licensed Esthetician (LE) credential and was honored as the Outstanding Graduate of her class.

Kenzi is passionate about helping her clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized, result-driven treatments. She strives to provide each client with an experience tailored to their individual skincare goals. Her services include Customized Facials, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, SkinWave, Lash and Brow Tints, Facial Waxing, and Customized Chemical Peels.

When Kenzi isn’t working with clients, she enjoys staying active through working out, attending sporting events, and spending time with a good book. Her background in athletics, business, and aesthetics has shaped her passion for helping others feel confident and their best.
